Shipping & Delivery Policy
42dots, offered by Curiosity Road Technology Solutions Private Limited, is an entirely digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply.
1. How the Service is delivered
- After you sign up or your payment is confirmed, your account is activated instantly, and in any case within 24 hours.
- Your daily quiz is delivered every morning at around 8:00 AM IST by your chosen channel: WhatsApp, email, or on the web at 42dots.in after you sign in.
- A confirmation and payment receipt are sent to your registered email address and/or WhatsApp number.
2. Delivery area
The Service is available to users with an internet connection. WhatsApp delivery requires a WhatsApp account on the registered mobile number.
3. If something doesn't arrive
If your account isn't activated after payment, or you stop receiving quizzes, first check your spam folder and that you haven't blocked our WhatsApp number. You can always play the day's quiz on the web. If the problem continues, write to ramesh@rapidquizleague.com and we will fix it within 48 hours. If we cannot activate a paid subscription, you will get a full refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
